Education for all, one child at a time

STEM Thrivers is an in-person non-profit education program at the Hillcrest Community Center backed by the City of Vancouver dedicated to providing STEM education at affordable rates for kids 8-11. Run by volunteers, STEM Thrivers aims to combat the economic barriers present in current education systems, providing one of the only affordable alternatives for exploring STEM in BC. Classes are run in small groups.

OUR SOLUTION

Quality education accessibility for all is a real problem. We aim to combat this in collaboration with the City of Vancouver with this program in three main ways.

Personalized Dedication

We are not an education factory offering a one-size-fits-all approach. Our hand-tailored curriculum is thoughtfully designed and carefully executed to meet each student's unique needs and follows BC's STEM standards.

Affordable Prices

Education beyond the classroom shouldn't come at a hefty price tag. For just $24, your child can access 8 sessions (12 hours in total) of affordable STEM education.
